I was commissioned to do a wall mural for a building here in town. I think I'm going to do something a long the lines of:
Art doesn't help people
people help people
or something along those lines. I REALLY want to do:
Praying doesn't help people
Praying doesn't help people
people help people
but it's a christian guy who wants it done. Now... he's a biker dude that loves graffiti, and good for him for believing in god, but it's still graffiti and it'll look like graffiti only with more realistic abstractism. So I hope he knows what he's getting into.
It's isn't a paid commission. I'm being paid with town recognition and respect and that's good enough for me.
