life wasn't worth the balance or the crumpled paper it was written on

This month has been a successful one. I've made over 750 dollars in painting sales in 3 weeks. AWESOME. I have more coming AND I have a table at the Alberta Arts Days here in town. So I'll be selling everything from originals to prints and sweet prices. I would love it if I saw some people I recognized.

I had a record sale, too. I finished it, posted within 2 hours of completion and had two bids. The winning bid was  $500.00. Awesome. Cash in my pocket. I'm hoping to get some local commissions but we shall see... I also had a request to put a painting in the Ducks Unlimited Canada Calgary Auction. I'm very excited about that one. I've heard that my abstract piece is getting quite the attention. It was a donation, mainly I did it for the recognition and the bragging rights should it sell for a mint, so I wont be receiving any direct money from it however, I will be able to access free prints of it, as many as I would like. Cool.

I can easily, or so it would appear, work part-time and paint the rest. I have an awesome cash flow every month from pieces and once I get my business set up through Etsy.com, I should be selling prints and originals regularly. /cross fingers.
